yes it would work in any dongle/modem if the trick is working in your state. Download openvpn and follow the procedure.

you need to create an account to use the config.
thats it if you find openvpn a bit hard to use then you can use nmdvpn search the forum you will get it.
the rest of the process is same.
just connect the internet using those given APNs then connect the vpn.
