Is there any way to use 3g now ??? Is it MH+Karnataka State problem ?? or Its Mumbai+Kolkata sim problem ???

That cannot be true! TCP port 443 has to be open in order for you to securely browse the internet. Either you're trying without data balance or the said host doesn't work in your state.

I am also talking about this trick. This trick, and all Reliance tcp tricks till date work only if you have data balance, bro. Read the OP carefully.

And even if 443 is open for you at zero balance, you will still have to find a working host that you can ping without any data balance. Lots of things to consider in a tcp trick, unlike an udp trick where you just have to find an open port through which vpn will accept a connection.
