Activation of Bsnl sim in roaming [Help]

I purchased a BSNL sim from Uttar pradesh west. But after purchasing i came to delhi, at that time sim was not activated. Now after 7 days my BSNL sim is showing towers but i am unable to call 1503 as i am in roaming. I have to call this number for sim card activation.

Is there any way to activate sim in delhi or i have to go to uttarpradesh again ?

Take activated bsnl sim from anybody to call 1503

no, i have to call this number from this sim only. Actually my call will be redirected to cc to verify my details.

Yeah I have the same problem when I purchased new sim of bsnl sim, Better to activate in UP zone ........

Yes sim card seller told me to call 1507 (not 1503) . I think i have to go to UP again.

I also purchased bsnl sim from gujrat and now i am at up network is avaliable but unable to call for verification
