Is BSNL 1099 plan truly unlimited ,does it have any speed restriction or fup ?

Yes the plan is unlimited. There is no fup but the network of bsnl is not very good in lot of places.

yes, its true it's on their site too. But it all depends on the speed they provide in your area..if the network is good in your area, you can go for it.

Yes its truly unlimited . Good plan from BSNL and good for those where BSNL signal at its best
