Hello everyone here i proudly represent a trick for delhi via qq/uc handler only.

Requirements
1.Voda delhi sim
2.A net pack
3.qq/uc handler only.
4.apn-p****l***s

Features
1.Full 3g speed.
2.unlimited download.

Steps
1.just download uc handler or qq handler.
qq handler-http://kargames.wapka.me/download-1-e39b379391d41726f411/QQ+Browser+2.9.05+Handler+Lite.jar
uc handler-http://funsbox.wapka.mobi/download-26-e1b59cffe5c0b8d78a67/UC+Browser+9.0+HandlerUI210.jar
(pass-dzebb for uc handler)
2.use voda live settings and homepage as 10.11.233.29 or make settings as follows
apn-portalnmms,proxy-10.10.1.100 port 9401,homepage 10.11.233.29
3.open your handler and put ?10.11.233.29 in backquery.
4.save all settings and allow handler to load and enjoy free unlimited net.

note-this can be used with opera handler but sometimes not work with download(risky with opera handler)
