Vodafone Delhi Regarding

As we all Know, Vodafone Delhi has stoped working for Delhi Users.... I think it working only for roaming users ....!!!

I noticed a weird thing with recent changed made by Vodafone. Previously, In Delhi Vodafone wasn't pinging at 0 Balance. But now it's Pinging with Proxy 10.10.x.xxx and Port 9xx1.

Now, Because 10.11.xxx.29 is not free anymore (I Guess). It not connecting even after ping with Proxy at Zero Balance.

So, Here what I want to say...If somehow we could find a host that is open for free. We can again run vodafone in Delhi... and Now this time at Zero Balance and Without any DataPack.

So, How we could find any open host.......

• Any vodafone service that is fRee Like Twitter, Facebook (Which isn't free anymore).
• Any Loop hole
• Any Kind of stuff that is being provided by vodafone for free or They providing any service with few charge like (1 day Facebook).

I talked to the customer care today and asked him , if they are offering any free service. But they denied.
So, Any of you could find anything like i explained in above three points..... Plz Share it.
In this way we could make voda work again.

Simple.....

I am connecting tcpconfig with proxy (written above) and its establishing connection with it...but not moving forward after hosting

well i tell u that 10.xx host is wrking but tcp 443 port is closed in voda.....i am using voda on roaming in airtel netwrk its wrking here coz port 443 open in airtel....and when i changed to 2g with voda netwrk when i connect to vpn my balance deducting....so clearly show tcp is not wrking in voda.....

yess in delhi....

i get a strange thing
when connecting voda at 0 balance it gets connected and when trying to open 180.179.***.**/vodafone/66624/index.php3/
it automatically disconnects my modem...!!!
accessing other page than that didn't do it...

Also i tried to access the above page with other net connection (netconnect+) i get "
You are not authorized to view this page."
