Using Proxy Trick in Other Apps

Friends ,
I want to know how to use the proxy trick in other applications as well .
I only use it in browser by opening the homepage and surf using proxy .
Any other way to it on other applications ? I am using this proxy turbohide.com
Any kind of help is appreciated!

And for android phone just use proxydroid or psiphon vpn

no no....you are getting it wrong.
I used these settings -
APN - airtelgprs.com
Proxy - turbohide.com
port- 80

How I open homepage in browser and surf using the proxy server. I dont think it works with proxycap and proxyfire.
But do you guys know any proxy like CGI proxies that can be used to make frontqueries ?

i tried CGI proxies , they also didn't worked!

most of the proxies (Cgi,ssl,https,http,socket) will not help you... lose hope now!
