Uber ride booking help

Hello i an getting error while booking a cab ride via uber app
I keep getting this error - tried reentering credit info and reload the app - no luck any ideas?

And what if it's rooted, it shouldn't create any problems on that level with such apps anyway. I do understand that you may need to create something like that when you really need to update the whole firmware of everything like that. Thanks!
