Scammer Googie Host

I was hosting my wordpress sites in googie host for couple of months..i have purchased new unlimited hosting now..also some peoples know that i have account there(Ethan,Legend)..when i logged in yesterday i was shocked that i dont see any of active accounts and asking me to create a new account..when i made a support ticket..they informed that told me that they don't have any suspended or active accounts.

now completely lost my rank from alexa which was 1M..but still my account is being hosted in wordpress..

sombody help me to clone my site to new hosting server without losing any data like posts, themes, plugins, designs and comments..

Without account you will not be able to see your data base and files.Then it is difficult to clone your site.
You make mistake to purchase hosting from googie host.
I purchased from godaddy and it is working perfectly.

I never had any problem with freehostia. Most reliable host would be Google.
