if tcp connection is Dead at zero balance by ISP .Then how to establish a tcp session.Using opera mini server tcp connection can me made using host but no any other way.I mean i cant use free host in uc browser handler or psiphon or droid vpn as a host as tcp connection are dead (rule set by isp) any solution?Experts Please

connect with smartwap apn and check ur ip ! if you get 115.249.xx.252 ip (its static ip) then use host with proxycap
