Reliance Roaming Apn Problem

Friends Help Me out !!!

I live in up east brough Orrisa 3g Reliance sim and getting Aircel 3G on Roaming In up east.

But Net is not connecting On any APN through Dongle on PC..but in Mobile Internet surfing & donwloading in working Fine On Reliance 2G Roaming Network.

I have Also tried with 3g dongle 98rs pack but still net not connecting on ANY APN.

Could Anybody pl help me out.

I have also Talk To cc but they say they can't help on this topic.

bro u have to use any data plan on same state network then only u can use reliance 3g on aircel maybe..
