after the rcomwap blocked i m deciding to post this trick

I am in Maharastra.. I have two REL SIM one of Karnataka and other of Assam..

in Assam ( TATA DOCOMO roaming) No Network access problem..
in Karnataka SIN Not registering in TATA DOCOMO 3G ( have 3g Pack on both )
