Reliance Plans in Delhi for using proxy trick.

I want to use proxy trick in reliance I want a plan which is cheap and is of 30 days as well. I just want to use facebook proxy so if there is any cheap plan please tell the ussd code and full information about that plan as well. Help Required from Delhi members specially as I have a Delhi sim.

My bad-luck the least 30 days plan for me is of Rs. 177 ....

go for rs 246 28 days plain with 2gb data special offer with unlimited facebook , twiiter and whatsapp.
i will try it on my delhi sim.
right now using paid mtnl3g rs1650 with 200gb data .
it will be cheap if it works.
