First uninstall ProxyCap then use trial resetter and again install ProxyCap !

yeah , it will work . but rcomwap apn blocked in ur state so you cant use trick so arrange a working state sim and try

Download proxydroid or proxy-manager and put your host in proxy, now enjoy

and then put your settings in Manual Proxy Setup

Your trick is working in pc but I did it using proxy droid , it didn't work. Also there is no option for adding rule. I just put the host port and HTTPS but data is getting deducted.

Use http in proxydroid than it will work

I have tried on BIHAR ,MP,AND DELHI SIM.
