Reliance blocked in delhi/upeast?

Its the question that i wanna ask to the trick users whether the trick is working for you in these states..For me its not working..from yesterday...help me out with any working proxy for reliance..

Neither on UP East sim nor on Delhi sim

its still not working..in both sim delhi and upeast..i was using facebook as host..kampachi are u using vpn trick or the same that i was using..
