reliance 3g plans in upeast

anybody here using reliance 3g in upeast,
as it offers 3g via icra in upeast,
what are the dongle plans for upeast ?
i want to know about monthly and weekly 3g plan with fb/twitter?

does using normal mobile plan in dongle forfeits bal.

has no mention of upeast plans,
is it possible to know of area specific from mobile [like airtel offers in *121#]
