PD PROXY TRICK FOR BSNL WORKING FROM 7th OCT

How much speed bsnl 3g gives. mine sometimes only reaches 100-150 kbps (approx.). It is difficult to connect also. CC says keep starting bsnl 3g till it connects. for me sometimes it takes 4-5 or more times in my android phone to start 3g.

i m using HUAWEI 7.2 Mbps modem...and with bsnl 128 kbps 3g sim recharged 98....3g network shows when connected as "HSPDA BSNL MOBILE"....
