OTG cable is not working

I am using Micromax canvas express 4g. (Q413) which has quad core processor with 2gb ram and lollipop. I am quite satisfied with its performance but OTG cable is not working in it. Plz give some solution.

I think its old thread but if someone is having similar problem again then I would request to try with new OTG cable before proceeding to repair center.

By the time, otg cable performance decreases. If you use Android Auto then you will know the importance of high quality OTG
