Noisy sound from laptop speaker

hello frnds,

i have bought new hp laptop ab522tx few weeks back.
Initially it was working superb...but now a days i m facing problem with sound.

whenever i play any audio or video file , i m getting noisy sound from speaker.
OS : windows 10
Anti-virus : Quick heal trial version
audio : B & O play

i think it is the problem of virus which is displayed in below screenshot.
Even i tried to restore those files but its not restoring by clicking on restore button.
Also having some problem with video files. Video is also lagging.

Can you please help me to resolve this.
