I have recharged with rim 177 plan (not using any trick) but after a day passes from the day of recharge,when checking internet balance it says your " your Net bal is 564.13 MB is valid till 28.03.2015;your 3G fair usage bal is 0.00 MB is valid till xyz date."

What dose it means i have 3g bal than what dose it means??

It means u have 564 mb left in ur account as 177 rs gives 1GB 3g along with unlimited whatsapp/fb/twitter

Fair usage will applicable to those recharges which gives 2/3/4/5GB unlimited packs...
With those packs u'll get 3G speed till that GB after that ur speed will cap....
