Need Some Help.. Speed Capped or something like that on 3g direct !!!

Hello,

I am using RIM 100 MB 3G/1 Day plan on Kolkatta sim !!

I installed this plan on 12:35 am... Its showing in data also...

But I'm getting speed on smartnet apn 1-2 KBps(Both 2G & 3G) & all other apns are not connecting !!

Is it a network problem or someone else is having same issue ??

I am from MH, Pune !!!

Please reply someone !!!

Anyway it looks like the problem is with Docomo Network... Cause when i register 2g on reliance network all apns are working fine & speed was also 20-30 KBps.... But when I again registered 3g on docomo it caused same problem again...

Hope it will workout soon !! But still no config is working for me !!!

Do you have any working config for Kolkata reliance ??
