My ip banned by admin

Why admin banned my ip im not able to use this forum. It shows check internet connection. I am using another ip now

I got the problem. Actually this problem is because i upgraded my hosting yesterday, even i am also not able to open my forum from regular i.p. It will take abt 1-2 days to become normal.

Or try following:
1.Go to cmd promt & type ipconfig/flushdns & enter
2. Clear browser cache & cookies
