Does this theme even working now with Facebook or they already patched it entirely? I do not see any real big activity on that matter at all, so what to do with all this, do you have any other solution? I see thread not active at all.

I am also not sure if current thing really working with all the people now like you described them to be there, hopefully we really can make some alternative to such solutions and I hope it will be implemented entirely anyway.

I think it's better to know direct person which will allow you to post all this then doing what you really propose now entirely and honestly anyway. Not sure it's a cool idea to look for such hacks, cause that posts will be deleted still sooner or later.
