Jio speed help

I am using jio sim from sept 5. Till 12 dec i was getting high speed upto 4gb but from 12th dec i am only getting 60 to 70 kbps downloading post 700 to 800 mb. Please some one help.

due to cyclone vardah undersea cable damage so some major internet provider facing problem for internet speed or opening google services wait until they find some solution or repair cable.

My brother is also using jio his speed is fine upto 4gb.

why not you check putting sim in his mobile?

very bad speed in my area,it took me 1 hour to top up myno. using jio net,even when my wallet was already loaded. It sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!

Speed of Jio change with area. But speed reduces in most of the places.

Speed of jio is totally dependent on network .as far as my speed I m getting 1-2mbps in day and 3-4 mbps at night.

You guys are not understanding the problem.......
We get good speed till 1 Gb too.....
It's the throttling after that which is the issue
