Information regarding MTNL Mumbai BIS Activation

In MTNL Mumbai, when trying to activate BIS Lite Pack .. Its giving me "Invalid request" reply in SMS. Also talking to CC didn't help, she said that i have to do it via SMS Only.

P.S. : I am in UPE and using MTNL sim in roaming.

Can anyone help me regarding this Activation process... Thanks

Conclusion : Either BlackBerry packs can't be activated on Roaming (or) Having a BlackBerry Handset is required for sending Activation SMS to MTNL... Mods can close this Thread !!
