idea 3g july trick ( UNCONFIRMED)

I heard that idea 3g trick is working..I don't know its working or not..
The trick is as follows...
[HIDE=20]
Activate fb pack.
Connect PD proxy or other app with ICMP protocol..
Pls someone try & confirm ...[/HIDE]
