How to Speed Up with 12 GB RAM ! HELP

I have purchased HP ab253cl laptop from eBay.in
Which works perfectly what I want.
But I want more smooth working as I have 12Gb of RAM present in it.
I have so many times checked when I am using it extensively.... Even when only 3-4 GB RAM is using....
I am not a gamer ....
I love browsing,coding,programmer,editing.

Someone tell me what can I do to use all my RAMS and make my laptop smoother.

you cannot do anything , as RAM alone is not responsible for smooth working processor matters too , in order to use all the ram you need a really good processor . Your computer might be bottle necked .

browsing,coding,programmer,editing. a simple 4gb ,i3 process pc sufficent...if u have then ok
