How to create .edu mail id

If anyone know how to create free .edu mail id and same id will lgoin in outlook.... Please comment
Note : not required .edu mail which login in Google (gmail)

old methods have stopped working now, and an edu mail id is used to sign in outlook

I am still not sure how people are doing that in today situation, as for me it's very very hard anyway so I do not see any exit from current situation. I have tried even left some comments out there on .edu domains and I wasn't able to make them approved yet you are talking about some comments and such anyway.

it's long process, you need few hours to fill registration form, lots of youtube videos available you can search

Not every educational website will allow you to leave some links in comments yet alone to do something like them anyway definetely and completely anyway. Yet you want to create some e-mail here for something like that. What should we do ?
