Search on forum, there is a tethering app specifically for that purpose, but you need a rooted device.

Use OSToto Hotspot ......search google for it
only 2-3 MB and its free
just create username and password and start it
very useful for sharing internet it requires only working internet on PC works for both vpn or dialup or wifi

I am not even sure it really can be shared or something like that anyway for whatever reason being done there. I assume you shouldn't make this thread cause one and single way should be obtain this packages separately and that's damn it.

Are this even working at the moment? I am totally not that sure, that service is really not cheap and I am not sure who would be able to do such things honestly. So what are your thoughts anyway. Are you seriously thinking it's someone else or what....
