Help : Windows 10 shut down issue

Somebody please help

I am using windows 10.
Everytime i shutdown my pc, it Doest get shut down. it says shutting Down. And then it logs off only can anyone tell me why i am having this issue.

1) Press the windows key + r to bring up run box
type powercfg.cpl and press enter
click on choose what power buttons do
click on change settings that are currently unabailable
uncheck turn on fast startup and then click save settings

or

2) Settings -> System -> Power & Sleep -> Additional Power Settings -> Choose what the power buttons do -> Change settings that are currently unavailable

Then remove the check from Turn on fast startup (recommended) Then save
