Help Suggest me a 21mbps modem under 1500 rs

I want to buy a new modem.Please suggest me a good modem of 21 mbps ,which supports ussd calling.So i can chck my balance without changing my sim card to phone.And make sure it supports roaming sims too because i have one modem which doesnt support sims with roaming area.
