[Help Pls] Load Failed, please check your hard drive and try again

I have downloaded the GTA IV Save game and when i load any save game from any site , my pc says: Load Failed, please check your hard drive and try again
Does anybody has a solution for this??

may be you not copied to proper path or not copied proper file....
