getting 2g speed even at 3g pack :( help plz

I am using relaince 3g pack of 9rs 100mb 3g but its giving me 10-20 kbps ,access point is rcomnet (rcomwap giving same speed) . what could be the problem? I did get 100 kbps in first few minutes after starting the pack then it kinda like went total 2g . other packs giving same speed. What could the problwm n solution please! Thanks!

3 Signals are enough to get 3g speed....you should contact to customer care at 198 and register complaint

it will come 2G they don;t have any solution for this if you call customer care also they will give you un necessary reason .

Thats probably bcoz you need to configure your phone...

Try getting 3g configuration (settings) from them .

I am using relaince 3g for 3 years and i have all configuration axcess point etc etc. Tried using in dongle as well nothing seems to work, also am not sure why but as soon as i recharge the internet i get 100-200 kbps few minutes then back to 20 kbps

Register Complaint at Customer Care.. theyll solve it in a day

In My point of View it will take at least 4-5 days more.. because upgrading services means to change all their previous plans, systems servers, USSD codes, Calling options etc...

Yes Its bad news for reliance user. I have 3G pack and m getting 2G speed. I have contacted so many time to reliance cc but they are not responding properly. I think tricks gone.

trick is not gone it can be that they blocked the 3g pack. which means you will need an higher pack for 3g speed.
try 1 month 3g pack . if you get speed with 2g data that means its good.

What if there are no 2g plans in your circle and recharging with 3g pack gives 2g speeds!! That's what is happening with me.

Rs.177/= Do you think if i activate that data pack on my unlimited 2g Pack,after that 3g works as before..
I think Rs.9 store 100mb 3g is not gonna work anymore..

recharged with 1 month 3g pack and validity 1 day itself and 3g works till 425mb only after that 2g speed..

bro you wont get speed . you will get only till the 3g data last. so recharge everytime 2g pack and then 3g pack then connect it download it as much as you can.
repeat this process since after 425 mb you have to discconnect so we get in rs 18 425mb 3g .
first rs9 2g then rs9 3g.
enjoy.
everytime repeat it to get 425mb 3g.
its better since in 36rs only you get 1gb.
which is cheaper than operators data plain.

Four days after numerous complaints to cc via twitter, email and call they finally uncapped my speed. As BlueBird has already said donot, I REPEAT DONOT, recharge a new 3g plan while there is still validity left in your earlier plan, else be ready for capping.

Finally data lost of about 20 GB.. i started unlimited 2g pack at 219 rs and after that doing daily 9 rs 3g pack.. got speed till few days back ..but from 5-6 days 3g pack not giving 3g speed .. ab toh 9 rs me sirf 75 mb de rahe hain rel wale delhi me . .

same here,as i do recharged with reliance unlimited Rs.199 plan and used 14gb but after 3rd of april it stops working,
firstly i only recharge with Rs,9 3g pack after 12:00 am but now i recharged with first r9 2g and then r9 3g,it gives 3g
speed till 450-500 mb and after that again 2g pathetic speed.

if there is any network issue please drop a mail to reliance cc, they will generate a complain id for you and will confirm it with you by calling on your registered mobile number with them
