Every Host is Deducting Data

Hello Friends,
I dont know what happened but all the host in reliance are deducting data .
I have tried with all apns , data is deducted everytime.
I have tried some FB hosts and twitter hosts.
I am from Delhi . Anyone experiencing the same ?

it might have blocked in delhi too as in other states, if it has really stopped working then it's my bad luck too as I have arranged a delhi sim for me and now that's of no use
