Trick For Mobile Users:

->Fistly create a new sms SUB BB 0 and send it to 121
->Create new APN as: blackberry.net
->Now,Download UC Browser From google play store.
->Goto UC Browser settings
->Scroll down to "Cloud Boost" and disable mobile+wifi network
->Now,Save the settings and start Browsing at Rs.0

Trick For PC & Laptop Users:

->Create new sms SUB BB 0 and send it to 121
->Now,Connect your modem with blackberry.net
->Click on "Connect" and wait

Tata Docomo Working UDP :

->UDP Port - 7089
->Bind To Local Port - 8081
->And also Try Lport 53
->All State users with BBM PACK

Try In Your Your State & Confirm In West bengal.
