Do torrent Leeching sites harm torrenting??

We have been using various torrent leeching sites daily. I want to ask one question if this violates the basic concept of torrenting ie sharing. If the torrent leeching sites also SEED?? Or they just leech putting a heavy load on seeders and don't care for others.

Some seedboxes are configured to seed to atleast 1:1 S/L ratio but unfortunately many don't. Those that do usually mention it in their info section.

Otherwise it's not possible for those who access internet from mobile networks to upload to a 1:1. When i first started using 3g in '10, BSNL had a truly unlimited plan and i used to upload more than i would d/l. Things are, of course different these days with crappy FUP restrictions and easily available leeching sites that don't seed back!

depends on from where u got torrent. Few strictly follow 1:1 ratio like demonoid and others dont care.
But sharing is caring ... so seed not only leech
