Can you please remove the time between reply on members that have say 2 stars

It is very annoying to get a message saying you have to wait 47 seconds before posting again when i am not a spammer. Can you please make it so that once a person posts say 20 posts this time limit is removed.

Not a good idea, waiting for 60 sec is fair enough , This thing stops accidental double posting. Thanks for suggestion.
