THIS IS A GOVERNMENT FIRM....NOT AIRTEL...?THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH OUR BALANCE...THEY DIRECTLY SAYS THAT "WE DONT SEE ANY DATA RECHARGE OF YOU IN OUR SYSTEM...,SORRY WE CAN' DO ANYTHING..."SHARING MY EXPERIENCE.

i have done 95 rupee recharge in my bsnl sim and i am getting free internet also but somehow its speeed is capped on 30 KBPs. How to remoove it..pls give any suggestion..
