Bsnl 3g pack activation

Broz i have bihar bsnl Sim .. i need to activate a 3g plan.. But its not same like other states .. i tried DATA** to 53733 and also i have tried a 3g pack from paytm 17rs pack..but it didnt got activated further it added up to my balance... So bihar buddies tell me how to activate a 3g pack in Bihar bsnl Sim.. please dont flood with Unnecessarry cmnts .. I need correct USSD please help

there is not any 17 rs 3g pack it's 20 rs for prepaid .
