Any solution for slow speed in BSNL BBM ?

I am from Punjab. Speed 70Kbps se upar nahin jaati. Yahaan 3g plan mein speed minimum 300kbps aati hai. I am using HSS. Any tips or tricks to increase the speed?

bro it also depends on your location..if this is not issue den try to contact your nearer bsnl office...and tell dem dat u r not getting 3g speed..den they will resolve your issues..
