I have a reliance netconnect+ data card plzz someone provide a trick??

Step:-1) Make sure your balance is less than 1 .Rs (It is safe)

Step:-2) Make As Below New Setting In Your Mobile

Step:-3) APN: rcomwap

Step:-4) Proxy: 1 75 .17.19.21

Step:-5) Port: 80 ​

dude right now i am using netconnect+ and i am using apn as rcomnet and in my dongle i can't change it...can you give a method to change this apn
