i have found an ip of airtel which can ping even in 0 balance and host is live .... i just want to know how to use it get free internet.. the ip is 70.113.161.87 and port is 80 ... please suggest and guide me regards

Alive Host mean....Whatever Host Currently Working in Your Area.....Like... 203.115.112.3 or Something Like That...
