first check ping without vpn after connecting to blackberry.net...
ping 206.51.26.189 if if this is giving reply without vpn then sure this will work just need to find right port.... then in any tcp config use this proxy with different ports 8080. 80, 3128,19780,19781...post your working port...

Windows +r ,,, then type
"ping -t IP " without quotes .... Where in Place of IP u have to put the IP
