Aircel help needed dns trick

Tunnelguru and slow dns are connecting with Aircel Up East but no Internet is browsing only outgoing data no incoming bytes.
Please help me so that I can open pages also.

If you are on android, download an app called Vpn over Dns from play store. Its about 20mb,and has an optimized browser for handling slow dns requests and an email client. This will work for you, just don't forget to set apn as Aircelgprs, other apns dont handle dns queries at 0 balance.
