A simple trick to use reliance 2g pack as 3g
Steps:
1.recharge with 10gb or any higher data plan, here 178 rs for 10gb is highest.
2.now recharge with 3g pack rs 19 ,or any other ,preferred small pack
3.wait for half n hour
4.whole 10 gb will get converted into 3g data
Only disadvantage is that you have to consume whole data the same day only coz next day it will show 0 mb
