solved a new problem(Specialy for cilty:kolkata)

1. just i nstall atube cather or any youtube downloader app which is support proxy settings.
2. firefox with useragent overrider.

process:
1. use this useragent in useragent overrider:
Opera/9.80 (J2ME/MIDP; Opera Mini/528.16 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 3.0 like Mac OS X; en-us; compatible; Googlebot/870; U; en) Presto/2.4.15

2. open youtube and click any video . It not get play itself. you will see a logo to play. dont play.
3. Just copy the video link.
4. config atube catcher with vnap settings.
5. Paste the link in a tube catcher and then click on download.
6. wao ! you can see that only 0.02mb deduct. as like as before.

just download software IPSCE.
install and run.
you will see useragent option in ipsce. click and set opera.
set proxy setting as in vnap.
then set the proxy port idm of ipsce like 127.0.0.1 8088 or any.
