It will activate 3G Network only have you tried surfing (without any data pack) will give you 2G Speed (capped) on 3G Network also

yes bro speed is capped :sad:

and i also tried activating zero rental plan and message came that 3g bill plan will be activated within 30minutes but it didnt activated :cry:
