if you buy hosting then they provide website builder, auto installer,sql data base, php configuration etc.
by using auto installer you can install wordpress in your hosting account or website.
if you are using blogger then you have to buy only domain
and if you want to make your own website then you have to buy hosting.

domain is just name.
they are very different.



im using hosting with domain.
if you buy hosting then you will get domain for free.
on that site which i given.
without domain you cannot use hosting.
you have to register domain for using hosting.
