Here I am posting a tutorial on how we can use reliance mobile 3g packs in dongle....
Note:its legal so dont scare about anything
So, lets come to the point.Reiance is providing 1gb mobile data pack @123 and its providing dongle data pack @255 dont u think dongle prices are so high?
The tutorial is not tough
U must required a dongle and u must required a sim...

Go to the retailer and ask to recharge a 3g pack of any it may be 123 or 156...
.then u will get 500mb data and wait for two hours for 1gb to get in ur sum...
And when you got 1gb data what u need to do is to again go to retailer and ask to rc again with rs-10 3g pack (rs 10 pack is for dongle)
So all ur mobile data will be converted to dongle then use it in dongle without any data loss...
