Today i found airtel two new host ..its working in Rajasthan.
Try in your state.

already known and the sim will block after the completion of about 400mb whether u disconnect or not no matter in w.b it gives speed upto 400KBps using rip trick and vpn doesn't work as tcp 443 never opened in w.b

already know and using 2nd host... working nice
maybe its unlimited coz m DL 3gb today and still its working..
i have
1. monthly 3g rc
2. premium proxy 8080 port
3. premium vpn config
4.and last i use it with airtel dns.
